OLYMPIA, WA-  This week, Democrat Denny Heck became the first candidate in the race for Lt. Governor to go up on TV, spotting a bold new ad, entitled “Proven Progressive.”

“The time for proven progressive leadership in NOW. Denny Heck, the Democrat for Lieutenant Governor that has taken Trump ON,” the ad reads as it transitions to national media clips of Congressman Heck’s work on the US House Intelligence Committee that led Trump’s impeachment investigation. “A respected champion of fairness and justice. And a job creator uniquely prepared to restore our economy. Proven progressive leadership: That’s Democrat Denny Heck.”

The TV ad will continue to run on major broadcast and cable networks throughout the primary. The campaign’s TV buy is also coupled with the launch of a significant digital advertising program, running in critical voting blocs across the state. Thanks to the generous financial contributions from nearly 1,000 individuals, the campaign has the resources to clearly establish Democrat Denny Heck as the most viable candidate in the race for Lieutenant Governor.
